He’s Making Music With His Favorite Musicians

October 6th, 2009

Today we interview Michael Butler the Rock and Roll Geek. Michael is the first music podcaster as he started way back in 2004.

His podcast has a loyal following, and the forums is where rock geeks come to have great “Rock Talk.” The topics from the forums then lead to great talk on the podcast. Once again we see where people with successful podcasts have a great community surrounding the podcast.

He has interviewed many great musicians such as Ted Nugent, Pete Way, Donovan, Nazareth, Suzi Quatro, Starz, and many many more.

His podcast enabled him to have Ginger from the Wild Hearts as a guest, and latter Ginger would be forming a band fora few gigs in San Francisco and Michael was the name that came to mind.

Michael has a producer that helps him find guests for the show, and Tony from the Home Made Hit Show that helps manage the forums.

Michael is a very humble guy and I feel that Michael always asks the question that the fans of these musicians want to ask.

Michael he hopes to some day get on radio, or would like to get on the level of Howard Stern where musicians would contact him to be interviewed. Michael is responsible for breaking the band Airborne (from Australia) in my opinion.

The key to Michaels show is he is so genuine, and the love of rock music drips through the microphone. Check it out at www.rockandrollgeek.com
